SNEHABHAVAN SPECIAL SCHOOL has adopted ISO 9001:2008 international standard to establish, document, implement and maintain a quality management system to demonstrate its ability to provide service which meets customer and any applicable regulatory requirements. Its aim is to enhance customer satisfaction by continually improving the system.
The Quality Policy adopted is: “Snehabhavan is committed to train the differently abled on their identified special skills and bring them up to the mainstream of the society through a continuously improving quality management system”
The School has adopted the universally accepted ‘Process Approach’ for its training process with the ultimate aim of fully satisfying the need of the student undergoing training in the school.
The whole process is fully streamlined accordingly. Quarterly planning for the training program for each student, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness at the end of each quarter along with the parents and plan for continuous improvement are all part of the system. Each process is documented for maintaining quality.
In short, Sneha Bhavan has determined criteria, methods, availability of resources, monitor, and measure and analyzes the processes, and implements actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
The System was audited by the Italian Quality Audit firm RINA and certified that it meets the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 standard.

Successful implementation of ISO 9001 Quality System was the result of a spirited team work of the staff guided by the School Administrator and Management Representative (MR) Mr. Mohan Das Mukundan
The certificate was handed over to the school in function organized on 26th November 2010 in which the Chairman of National Human Rights Commission Justice. K.G Balakrishnan was the chief Guest.
